CinemastersAcademy is committed to providing a high-quality film education experience. We want you to be fully satisfied with your enrollment. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your enrollment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment, provided you have not completed more than 2 lessons in the Hall. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your enrollment details.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your weekly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Partial week refunds are not provided
  • You may re-enroll at any time at the then-current rate

To cancel, go to your Student Dashboard and manage your subscription settings, or contact our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the initial payment
  • More than 2 lessons have been completed in the Hall
  • The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • The refund request is for a renewal charge after the initial billing period

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course materials, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Extended technical outages may be eligible for a pro-rated credit at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
