Terms of Service

Last updated: May 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or accessing any course, hall, or content offered by CinemastersAcademy ("the Academy," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Enrollment and Access

Enrollment in a Hall grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials for the duration of your active subscription. Access is contingent on maintaining a current subscription and completing the enrollment intake form within 7 days of payment.

Halls are designed to be completed sequentially. Access to advanced halls may require completion of prerequisite halls as determined by the Academy.

3. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed weekly at the rate displayed at the time of enrollment. By providing payment information, you authorize the Academy to charge your payment method on a recurring weekly basis until you cancel your subscription.

All fees are in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change with 14 days' notice to enrolled students.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, scripts, assignments, and content provided by the Academy are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of CinemastersAcademy. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Academy content without express written permission.

Work you create as part of course assignments remains your intellectual property. By submitting work for peer review or instructor feedback, you grant the Academy a limited license to display and evaluate your work within the platform.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, peers, and Academy staff. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to the learning community.

6. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of all required lessons, quizzes, and assignments within a Hall. Certificates are non-transferable and may be revoked if it is determined that completion requirements were not met in good faith.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Academy's liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. The Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
